Service Description

This group course of 9 lessons will prepare pupils for the new Unit 2 maths exam (without calculator) and is suitable for year 10 and 11 pupils. Please check with your school which unit your child will be sitting. You will be sent a recording of all 9 lessons, even if you miss a live session. The lesson is 45 minutes covering questions found in all levels of the foundation paper. We are able to move your child to the higher lesson if their tier changes before the exam. Sara the tutor has 28 years of teaching experience and has been a Head of department at 2 schools. She is able to explain concepts clearly and will be covering a range of exam style questions suitable for the new exam format. The lesson will be taught bilingually with both language papers on the screen. All lessons are recorded and shared with the pupils via a private You tube channel. They can then rewatch them whilst revising. Pupils do not have their cameras on and can use the chat function to ask and answer questions whilst interacting with the teacher.
